Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official ECB tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
